Events
The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Japan, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), and Holland Home of Wind Energy (HHWE), will organize a series of events to provide the Japanese and Dutch sector with knowledge and connections to navigate the offshore market.

- NL Offshore Wind Seminar, Pitches & Reception, February 18, 2025 at the Netherlands Embassy in Tokyo
Offshore wind developments in Japan, and services & innovation pitches from the Netherlands. Individual meetings can be set up for the participants.
- World Smart Energy Week, Wind Expo Tokyo, February 19-21, 2025 – Netherlands Pavilion East Hall E24-30
A record number of 24 Dutch offshore wind companies are present at the Netherlands Pavilion at Tokyo Big Sight.
- EXPO 2025 Osaka Kansai, Osaka, September 21-25, 2025
From April to October 2025, over 160 countries and organizations will showcase solutions for a resilient future in Osaka. During the “Future of Earth and Biodiversity” week, the Netherlands will focus on energy transition, sustainability, and the circular economy. A custom program for the offshore wind energy delegation, from September 21-25, 2025, will include visits to the EXPO site, the NL Pavilion, a Hydrogen & Offshore Wind crossover Conference, a port visit, and various networking opportunities.
- Global Offshore Wind Summit Japan, October 15-17, 2025, Akita
Next to attending in the conference, individual meetings with local supply chain stakeholders can be arranged for the participating Dutch companies. - Online Matchmaking Post-Event
Post Event Networking allows participants to have additional online meetings after the event. It is very useful for participants who haven’t found time to book meetings during the event or for new participants who have joined this platform after the event. The EEN online matchmaking offers the opportunity to meet new contacts and to explore new business opportunities.
